3 DAX trick to CALCULATE (cross filter) between Unrelated Tables in your Data Model:
In this tutorial, we will look at 3 ways to resolve a common problem in DAX and Excel Data Modelling: You have a few tables that are connected to each others but you want to calculate a metric based on 1 table and filter it based on data in a table that is not directly related to it.
The 3 options are:
1) Create a Measure with Calculate
2) Add the data to the relevant Table
3) Create a measure and use CrossFilter
