Calculate Median In Pivottable

Learn how to add median values to Microsoft Excel Pivot Table.

Excel limits us to a handful of ways we can summarize data in Pivot tables. Luckily, there are ways to get around this when we need to add values like median values or other aggregate functions.

I will show you how we can summarize data by median values in Excel pivot tables. Using some example production data I will go step by step and show you how to set up the array function necessary to aggregate data by a median value.
