This is a Microsoft Excel tutorial covering, how to conditionally format a bar chart that will always highlight the top three months of data, no matter how much data is entered. The tutor starts off by create a simple bar chart on sample data. The tutor then uses the IF function with the LARGE function to display the top three sales months. This data is then added to the chart and overlapped and coloured to stand out showing the best three months of sales. The tutor then uses the OFFSET function with the COUNTA function to display the last twelve months of data. He then uses the IF function with the LARGE function to display the top three months in the last twelve. The highlighted chart is based on the last twelve months.
