Solve a common problem. Direct import in Excel does not work if the incoming data is in mm-dd-yy format and your PC is set to dd-mm-yy format.
Using Power Query, with the Locale option, this problem is easily solved.
Here is a list of different date formats by country

It does not matter which country you choose as long as it has the desired DATE format.
